About the Role

As an Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support and care to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities and outings, promoting socialization and community engagement.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
