About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator, Beauty supports the Brand/Marketing Manager in achieving brand financial targets through the design and development of assigned NPD programs/commercial initiatives and packaging projects. This role works closely with internal and external partners to source products and develop them in a timely manner, following operational discipline and adhering to brand vision and equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports Brand/Marketing Managers in planning and managing product launches and range extensions.
  • Liaises with Global Marketing, Global Program Management, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to develop NPD programs and packaging projects.
  • Supports Brand Manager in assessing the profitability of new product introductions.
  • Ensures adherence to quality, safety, and compliance regulations in collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs department.
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing within an international FMCG/SDA environment.
  • Cross-functional knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Power BI.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with French a plus.
  • Excitement about joining a mid-size company with fast-growing brands.
