Management Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at The Niche Partnership. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for the board, providing critical insights and analysis
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic financial advice and support business growth
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Produce comprehensive management account packs, providing a clear picture of our financial performance
  • Prepare year-end accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Qualified or part-qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Management Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Controller
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Confidence to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
