Security Operations Manager

Responsibilities include:
* Supervising and coordinating the activities of the security staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Developing and implementing security protocols and procedures to enhance safety and security.
* Conducting regular training sessions for security personnel on safety protocols, emergency response, and customer service.
* Monitoring security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
* Performing regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
* Investigating security breaches, incidents, and other disturbances, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
* Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
* Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to security activities and incidents.
* Conducting welfare checks to ensure the well-being of personnel on site.
* Providing excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
* Current, valid SIA license.
* Full UK driving license (you will be using one of our patrol cars for site patrols).
* Access to your own vehicle or able to commute to the site within a maximum distance of 10 miles.
* Minimum of 3 years of security experience.
* Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good time management and ability to plan workload effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Friendly and helpful in your approach.
