We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team at The Dorchester Hotel. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expedite dishes from the kitchen to the front of house designated area in a professional manner, paying attention to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ensure that dishes with special requirements are expedited to the right table and thoroughly labelled.
  • Complete morning opening mise-en-place on time and closing duties, maintaining a high level of menu knowledge to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
