Food and Beverage Creative Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Food and Beverage Creative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth operation of the food and beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries.
  • Take ownership of duties and tasks assigned, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to control costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
  • Ensure adherence to all legislation, maintaining due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit.
Requirements:
  • Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
