Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at the Radisson Hotel Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Smooth Operation of the Food and Beverage Department: Ensure that all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
  • Maximize Guest Satisfaction and Comfort: Work as part of a team to deliver a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
  • Take Responsibility for Assigned Duties and Tasks: Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver on Departmental Plans and Objectives: Achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Collaborate with Immediate Reports: Control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and Maintain Effective Working Relationships: Promote the company culture and values.
  • Ensure Adherence to Legislation: Plan, deliver, and document due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Food and Beverage Service: Beneficial but not essential.
  • Hands-on Approach: Demonstrate a can-do work style.
  • Commitment to Delivering Exceptional Guest Service: Passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to Find Creative Solutions: Take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal Integrity: Work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience with IT Systems: Familiarity with various platforms.
