We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Driver to join our dynamic team at Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury. As a Service Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering cars and parts to retail and corporate customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining our vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Responsibilities
- Deliver cars and parts to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Visit other Lookers dealerships in the area to support our business
- Maintain our vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring they are clean and in a roadworthy condition
- Drive safely and in accordance with current road and traffic legislation
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, consistently exceeding their expectations
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism at all times
Requirements
We require all candidates to have held their full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years, as you will be driving high roofed/long wheelbase vehicles. You will also need to be reliable, have excellent communication skills, be flexible, and approach your role with a positive and professional attitude.
Having experience working in a similar role would be advantageous, along with a real passion for providing a great customer service experience.
