Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Driver to join our team at Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury. As a Service Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering cars and parts to retail and corporate customers, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver cars and parts to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Visit other Lookers dealerships in the area to support our business operations
  • Maintain our vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition, both inside and out
  • Drive safely and in accordance with current road and traffic legislation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the Aftersales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
  • Reliable and flexible with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing great customer service and a commitment to excellence
