Construction Manager

A reputable MEP contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead their team on a commercial project in Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the construction of Mechanical elements meets Authority requirements and Contractors proposals.
- Monitor and complete procedural documentation, and develop construction programmes.
- Coordinate contractors' operations at preconstruction and construction stages.
- Support commercial and design teams, and keep the Project Manager informed.
- Eliminate or reduce health and safety risks, and implement quality and environmental systems.
- Review design for buildability and long-term durability, and support CSR BREEAM/DREAM processes.
- Lead the construction team, mentoring and driving good behaviours for project success.
- Experience in delivering large-scale D&B projects as a Construction Manager.
- Good knowledge of building and MEP construction techniques and methodology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, and up-to-date on Safety legislation.
- Hold a full UK driving licence, CSCS card, and SMSTS qualification.
- Technical construction knowledge, commercial appreciation, and ability to manage and lead teams.
