Position Overview

The Office Administrator will deliver a wide range of administrative assistance related to our innovative and award-winning construction design initiatives. Key responsibilities will encompass document preparation, organization, printing, binding, photocopying, and scanning, as well as supporting events and coordinating meeting spaces for various gatherings.

This role will also involve reception duties and managing general inquiries through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a vital contact point for external clients, internal personnel, and senior management regarding ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Support the administrative needs of our dynamic engineering teams.
  • Ensure the upkeep of office and kitchen facilities while performing general errands as necessary.

Required Skills

With demonstrated experience in administration and calendar management within a fast-paced and multifaceted environment, you possess strong Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly in MS Word and Excel. Your approach to work is highly organized, adaptable, and proactive.

You are adept at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, utilizing your initiative, self-motivation, and effective communication skills.

Experience in taking direction from various stakeholders while managing expectations and consistently delivering high-quality service is essential. Previous experience in an international partnership or engineering consultancy is preferred.
