- Manage, coordinate, and oversee the activities of janitorial personnel within the institution.
- Ensure effective management of janitorial operations within associated groups.
- Deliver a high-quality service aligned with the overall objectives of the institution.
- Execute operational tasks within the facility.
- Perform technical duties as required.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices and proper equipment usage.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a school setting.
- Background in property maintenance and care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse groups.
- Competent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Skills in planning and scheduling work effectively.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Capable of working without direct supervision.
- Basic handyman skills for maintenance tasks.
- Self-motivated and confident.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and building security protocols.
- Understanding of customer care standards.
- Familiarity with operational and technical procedures.

Compensation
Starting Salary: £26,80
Weekly Hours: 36.25
