Who We Are Looking For

State Street is seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the migration of our Payments, Cash, and Custody (PCC) technology platforms as part of a multi-year modernization initiative. This role will be instrumental in driving the transformation of our core custody infrastructure.

Why This Role Is Important To Us

Over the next 3-5 years, State Street will implement a next-generation platform that will serve as the foundation for our custody operating model. This project aims to enhance service delivery, quality, resilience, and productivity optimization. The Transact project team will facilitate this modernization by replacing existing infrastructure with the Temenos Transact platform.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and secure buy-in from all stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Establish a framework to execute and manage the end-to-end migration process across all teams (IT, Product, Operations, Business) for each migration phase.
  • Implement a robust communication plan and leverage influencing skills to ensure alignment and support throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Organize and oversee conversion events (dry run, dress rehearsal, go-live), ensuring a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations across various business units.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, propose solutions, and lead issue resolution.
  • Lead all conversion events, which may involve weekend and off-hours work.
  • Collaborate with other teams to share best practices, develop standardized approaches, and enhance team capabilities.
