About the Role

As part of the central support team for the Payments, Cash, and Custody strategic development program, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking of workstream status, conducting stakeholder impact assessments, and supporting operational readiness activities. Your strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills will be essential in identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Track workstream status, critical risks/issues, and progress against milestones and targeted outcomes/benefits.
  2. Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and document findings.
  3. Support operational readiness activities such as user ID admin, procedures and control documentation, training documentation and facilitation, etc.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years operational or project experience preferred.
  2. Knowledge of Cash/Payment/Banking Platforms is a plus but not required.
  3. Experience with Microsoft; especially Excel & PowerPoint.
