About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial valuation to completion, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from initial valuation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate sales terms to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties involved, demonstrating your expertise in closing deals.
  • Stay informed about the local market, competitor activity, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the residential estate agency sector to provide exceptional service to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the residential estate agency sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
