About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team at JD Sports. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and account direction for our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class Paid Search and Paid Social strategies across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Manage and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and meet business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Paid Media Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Copywriting, and Analytics, to ensure seamless execution of Paid Media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Paid Media trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Paid Search and Paid Social marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
