We are in search of a skilled Site Supervisor to join a distinguished contractor specializing in remediation, earthworks, and civil engineering. This organization is recognized for its commitment to delivering exceptional quality and effective solutions across diverse sectors.

As a Site Supervisor, your role will involve managing projects throughout the Midlands and England, focusing on various aspects such as brownfield redevelopment, bulk earthworks, soil stabilization, and addressing contaminated land.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing equipment inspections and maintaining necessary documentation
  • Conducting health and safety toolbox talks and daily briefings
  • Overseeing health and safety compliance on site
  • Managing subcontractors and direct labor teams
  • Assisting with necessary permits and paperwork
  • Participating in progress meetings to ensure project timelines and objectives are achieved

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or General Foreman in remediation and earthworks
  • Proficient in managing subcontractors and direct staff
  • Possess CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications, and a valid driving license

Benefits:
