_**Role: Full-time - Cleaning Supervisor**_

aAFD Cleaning Services is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and driven _**Cleaning Supervisor **_to join our exciting and dynamic team.

As a _**Cleaning Supervisor**_, _you will be responsible for providing operational support to a team of operatives across multiple sites. You will ensure that quality standards are met on each site, be responsible for covering absences, training, and development of cleaning staff.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Carry out structured site visits to ensure cleaning specifications are met and customer expectations are positively managed
- Provide support to cleaning operatives and ensure that sites are run with operational quality and financial effectiveness
- Ensure that all staff are trained in and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures
- Provide hands on cleaning cover, training and support as and when required to cover for staff shortages
- Complete all daily administration requirements, monitor stock levels and distribution
- **About You**_
- Previous experience in cleaning or similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and motivating skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods and practices, materials, properties and equipment.
- Proven ability to deliver an efficient, high quality cleaning service.
- Speedy and effective reaction to problems and queries.
- Able to work to time schedules and budgets.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH legislation.
