Senior Credit Controller

Our client, a leading commercial maintenance services provider, is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a key member of the financial function, you will be responsible for managing the debts of a business, overseeing all debts owed to the company from existing creditors, and managing new requests for credit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made and processing incoming funds.
- Reconcile invoices, resolve account queries, and manage debt recovery.
- Evaluate new credit requests, including checking credit ratings and advising on credit limits.
- Maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
- At least 5 years of credit control experience in a sole charge capacity.
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to reconcile complex accounts.
- Accurate, efficient, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Xero Accounting Software.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £35K per annum, plus benefits. The company also offers hybrid work arrangements, with one day per week available to work from home. Parking is available for employees who prefer to drive to the office in Hammersmith.
