Job Title: Medical Education Department Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Education Department Lead to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our medical education team, you will be responsible for leading a programme of work to improve the quality of foundation training and trainee experience across NHS Highland.

About the Role:

  • Lead a programme of work to improve the quality of foundation training and trainee experience across NHS Highland
  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Education and Associate DME team to innovate and support transformative change in medical education
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of foundation training and trainee experience
  • Work closely with the medical education team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to medical education and training
