Laboratory Operations Manager

About the Role
The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of research-active laboratories within the UCL Eastman Dental Institute. This includes managing laboratory consumables, coordinating equipment servicing, conducting safety inductions, and promoting good health and safety practices.
The post holder will work closely with the research teams to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratories, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
About You
The successful candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, with experience in laboratory management and a good understanding of the necessary groundwork required to support research-active laboratories.
They will be an active member of the team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the effective operation of the laboratory.
