About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical psychology services to older adults with severe and enduring mental health issues and/or dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical psychology assessments and interventions for older adults with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.
  • Conduct research and evaluation activities to inform the development of clinical psychology services.
  • Provide supervision and training to junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working with older adults with severe and enduring mental health issues and/or dementia.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in assessment, formulation, and intervention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
