The Opportunity

As the Programme Director for Europe, you'll be responsible for overseeing and implementing key programs within our organization. You will directly report to senior leadership and ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define program goals in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, processes, and budgets, adhering to Agile methodologies.
  • Manage program resources effectively and ensure adherence to established cost, time, and quality standards.
  • Implement robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program initiatives.
  • Communicate program status and key updates to stakeholders effectively.
