Job Summary

As the Programme Manager for The Travelers Companies, Inc., you will be responsible for the management and implementation of various programmes across the business. You will oversee planning, resource allocation, and goal achievement to ensure successful programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Set programme goals aligned with the company's strategic objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Programme Management: Plan and execute programme activities, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the PMO Director and other stakeholders to ensure effective programme governance and communication.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop evaluation strategies to monitor programme performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise delivery partners and team leaders, providing feedback and resolving complex issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate programme risks and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance Expertise: Knowledge of commercial insurance, preferably in the London Market.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project/programme management.
  • Change Management: Understanding of change management techniques and their application.
  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
