Job Description

Job Title: Service Engineer - Sprinkler Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Location: East Anglia region

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  2. Conduct 5-point flow tests on fire pumps to ensure proper function and identify potential issues.
  3. Carry out general service checks on sprinkler systems to identify and address any potential problems.
  4. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and components.
  5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of sprinkler system design, installation, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining sprinkler systems.
  2. Proven experience in performing 5-point flow tests on fire pumps and general service checks on sprinkler systems.
  3. Strong knowledge of plumbing and piping systems, including fault-finding and troubleshooting techniques.
  4. Valid UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations within the East Anglia region.
  5. Possession of Sprinkler Installation Level 2 qualification (desirable).
  6. Previous experience working in commercial or industrial settings (desirable).
  7. Experience with small works installation and electronic reporting (desirable).
