What You Can Expect:

  • To provide expert care and advice to our customers and patients, delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
  • To be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
  • To build pharmacy capability of store teams, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
  • To conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience, providing excellent face-to-face interactions and effective communication.

What You Need:

  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • High levels of professional expertise and a passion for community pharmacy.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team-centred approach.
