We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team at G&H, a world leader in optical designing, testing, and manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE programs, procedures, and education initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Partner with Human Resources to monitor liability claims and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Establish and monitor HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations, including Health and Safety Executive standards and local requirements.
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
