About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Web Developer to join our digital marketing team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical innovation and enhancing our Drupal website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction on all aspects of the development lifecycle, selecting appropriate tools and technologies to ensure the success of our digital projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines for new features and enhancements, ensuring that our website performs optimally with minimal downtime and fast page load times.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry developments and drive innovation, ensuring that our website remains at the forefront of digital technology.
  • Code Quality: Write high-quality code and uphold coding standards, code reviewing and implementing continuous improvement processes.

Requirements
  • Significant Experience: Significant experience developing and managing Drupal websites.
  • Technical Skills: PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics, paid search, SEO.
  • Project Leadership: Experience of managing/coaching/mentoring junior developers.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to balance perfection and experimentation, thinking on your feet and improvising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
