About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Web Developer to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Drupal website and providing technical direction on all aspects of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction on all aspects of the development lifecycle, including selecting appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines for new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Code Quality: Write high-quality code, uphold coding standards, and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and drive innovation, ensuring our website remains competitive and user-friendly.
  • Architecture: Design and implement the website's architecture, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience developing and managing Drupal websites, with a strong understanding of PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Leadership: Proven project leadership experience, with the ability to balance perfection and experimentation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel Industry: Enthusiasm for the travel industry, with a strong understanding of responsible tourism and sustainable practices.
