Job Title: Lead Engineer – HVAC Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of HVAC systems, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Oversee the technical integrity and operational safety of HVAC systems under your purview.
  • Act as the primary engineering contact for clients and suppliers, facilitating effective communication to address challenges and align on project goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in the design, construction, integration, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of lifecycle management processes related to project bids and execution.

Desirable:

  • Expertise in marine engineering systems.
  • Background in engineering within a defense or similar environment.

All engineers should hold a degree in Engineering or a related STEM field, along with relevant professional qualifications. Candidates are encouraged to pursue recognition as Incorporated or Chartered Engineers through appropriate professional institutions.
