Position Overview

Job Title: Lead HVAC Systems Engineer

Location: Flexible working arrangements available.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the design and development of HVAC systems, ensuring that subcontractor designs meet required specifications and standards.

· Oversee the technical integrity and operational safety of HVAC systems under your purview.

· Act as the primary engineering liaison with clients and suppliers, addressing technical issues and aligning on project objectives.

· Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.

Required Qualifications:

Essential:

· Proven experience in the design, construction, integration, and maintenance of HVAC systems.

· Familiarity with mechanical engineering processes and tools.

· Understanding of lifecycle management in project bids and programs.

Desirable:

· Expertise in marine engineering systems.

· Background in engineering within a defense or related sector.

All engineers should hold a degree in Engineering or a related STEM field, along with relevant professional qualifications. Candidates are encouraged to pursue recognition as Incorporated or Chartered Engineers through accredited institutions.
