Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential home for individuals with learning disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that maximizes the life chances of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a four-bedroom residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted inspections and regulations.
  • Lead recruitment processes for the establishment in collaboration with the Business Support team.
  • Prepare and submit reports on your home to the Group Operations Director.
  • Uphold safeguarding commitments and report concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting and 1 year in management.
  • Background in managing multiple residential homes.
  • CQSW / DipSW or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
  • A valid, clean UK driving licence.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate.
