About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Field Team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Field Engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our fibre network is installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Field Engineers to complete fibre installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee and participate in minor civil activities and repairs on our network and the Openreach PIA network
  • Conduct safety checks and quality audits to ensure that our team is working safely and efficiently
  • Manage customer complaints and escalations to ensure that they are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in fibre installation and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
