About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Field Team in Milton Keynes. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Field Engineers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and ensure the successful completion of civils, repair, and installations to business and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to complete civils, repair, and installations to business and residential properties, ensuring 'on the day' issues are resolved for successful completion of right first time delivery
  • Oversee and participate in minor civil activities (Private and Public) and repairs on our network and the Openreach PIA network, including reinstatement to industry standards
  • Conduct safety checks with your team, and quality audits for your region covering completed installations, civils activities, fibre repair, PIA repair, and vehicle audits
  • Manage customer complaints and escalations from initial contact through to a positive resolution in-line with CityFibre KPIs

Requirements:

  • Extensive, relevant experience in fibre installation and maintenance
  • Confident working at heights (on ladders and climbing poles)
  • Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • NRSWA LA and S1 qualifications
  • Openreach PIA S007 Sub-Duct and Cable Installation and PIA S008 Overhead Cable Installation qualifications
  • SA001 Overhead Safety and SA002 Underground Safety or SA006 Safe Working in Civils qualifications
