Key Responsibilities
As an Employment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Delivering workshops and training sessions to equip clients with essential skills and knowledge
  • Providing one-to-one coaching and mentoring to support clients in their job search and career development
  • Building relationships with local employers to secure job opportunities for clients
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of support plans and making adjustments as needed

Requirements

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. A background in employment support or a related field would be advantageous, but is not essential.
