Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory and meeting our high standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling, trussing, cutting, and packing food products for top-tier customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Working in a chilled food processing environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Meeting and exceeding production targets, while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work at pace, with determination and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment, with the ability to handle raw meat.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and meeting high standards of quality and safety.
