Operative - Chilled Food Production

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety: Ensure the safe use of equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Understand and meet customer quality requirements, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
- Productivity: Contribute to achieving site targets by working efficiently and effectively.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and ensure that all equipment and work areas are clean and sanitized.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
- Skills and Qualities: Ability to work at pace, dedication to achieving results, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
