At 2 Sisters Food Group, we take pride in our commitment to providing quality food products. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Manufacturing Production Associate.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift Details: Backshift (Sunday - Thursday) with hours from Sunday evening to early morning during the week. Backshift allowance: £50/week.
- Compensation: Starting at £12.67, increasing to £13.67 upon successful completion of the Slaughter license.
- Carefully hanging birds on production lines, ensuring minimal discomfort.
- Identifying and removing incorrectly sized birds from the line.
- Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Performing additional tasks as required in the role.
The perfect Manufacturing Production Associate will be passionate about fulfilling customer orders while adhering to our stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality standards.
Comfort in a chilled food processing environment is essential.
We thrive in a fast-paced setting, so a proactive attitude and a drive for results are crucial.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
