About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapeutic sessions to help individuals develop and improve their speech and communication skills.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, encouraging engagement and empowering recovery.
  • Manage a designated caseload, completing assessments, planning interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred services, prioritizing the needs of each individual.
  • Contribute to audits and research in the provision of treatments, utilizing specialist knowledge in neurological and specialist care.
Requirements
  • UK HCPC registration
  • Experience of managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia
  • Experience of working with families
  • Evidence of continuing Professional Development
