In this position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a patient's journey through various administrative processes, ensuring that they receive the care they need.
Your responsibilities will include working in busy outpatient settings, managing reception duties, and operating within our Contact Centre, utilizing various appointment management systems to schedule, modify, and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with patients and colleagues through various communication channels to ensure efficient management of appointments.
- Regularly perform reception duties in outpatient settings and respond to appointment-related queries via the designated communication line.
- Conduct general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, handling mail, photocopying, and filing.
Note: This position primarily supports our main site, but candidates should be open to travel as required.
