Your responsibilities will include working in busy outpatient settings, managing reception duties, and operating within our Contact Centre, utilizing various appointment management systems to schedule, modify, and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with patients and colleagues through various communication channels to ensure efficient management of appointments.

Note: This position primarily supports our main site, but candidates should be open to travel as required.
