About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Administrator. As a key member of our referral management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our admin office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, relatives, and carers via telephone and in-person.
  • Support clinicians in managing clinics, cancellations, and appointment requests.
  • Deal with patient enquiries, queries, and appointment requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to contract policies and procedures for booking patients into clinics.
  • Be proactive in ensuring clinics are filled to capacity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a booking/administration environment within the NHS or healthcare provider.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking with a quick problem-solving attitude.
  • Team player with a high level of professionalism.
