Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Accommodation Attendant to join our team at Longford Forest. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our accommodation units.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties in 3/4 units of accommodation, including stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping patios.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, confident to interact with guests and colleagues.
- An awareness of general standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
