Job Description
We're looking for experienced leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience. As a Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach and mentor your team to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience.
