Overview
MARKJAMES SEARCH LTD is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join a prominent technology consulting organization. This role involves collaborating with a leading client in the pharmaceutical sector, contributing to a dedicated team focused on delivering innovative solutions.
Technologies Involved
The successful candidate will work with a range of technologies aimed at enhancing Omnichannel experiences, including Tealium CDP (transitioning to Salesforce), AEM, Adobe Campaign Classic, Veeva/Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and Microservices/Mulesoft.
Key Responsibilities- Align business requirements with established patterns and facilitate discussions with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and address gaps in current patterns, proposing enhancements to existing functionalities.
- Assist implementation teams in comprehending solutions and resolving any challenges that arise during deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders early in the process to evaluate and define business needs, promoting the reuse of existing capabilities over new developments.
- Support Business Analysts/Product Owners in developing process flows, user stories in JIRA, and tagging business requirements documents.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with Global Commercial IT teams to introduce new capabilities and patterns that align with evolving business needs across application architecture.
- Experience with multi-channel digital marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect, particularly in managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of advanced AEM configurations for Sites and Assets.
- Expertise in solution architecture management concerning omnichannel customer journeys to deliver timely and relevant messaging.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including JIRA.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, communication, facilitation, and influencing abilities.
This position is fully remote and offers an initial contract period with the potential for extension.
