The role of the Senior Solutions Consultant is to provide pre-sales support to our Enterprise sales teams, helping to close large Creative Cloud opportunities. You'll also collaborate with Marketing teams, customer success, and Product management teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Pre-sales analysis and RFP management
  • Competitor analysis and market research
  • Public speaking engagements and customer workshops
  • Effective demonstrations of Adobe's Creative Cloud solutions

You'll need to be a strong communicator and presenter, able to effectively convey the value of our solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented solutions will be essential to your success in this role.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing technical pre-sales assistance to our sales teams, building strong relationships with existing named accounts, and maintaining visibility of our overall sales objectives and product strategy. You'll need to be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate convincingly at senior-level meetings.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and a strong understanding of our solutions
  • Technical pre-sales or consulting experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
