Our team in the North and East of Cornwall is seeking a Recovery Worker to deliver exceptional recovery care to a diverse range of clients. If you are a passionate and innovative individual eager to transform lives, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
As a Recovery Worker, you will assist clients in identifying their goals, aspirations, and interests, collaborating with them to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their needs. This role is crucial within our organization, as you will ensure continuity of care through effective collaboration, care coordination, and the delivery of essential interventions. You will manage a diverse caseload, establishing quick connections with clients and treating them with the utmost respect and dignity.
