About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.


Key Responsibilities

**Providing Personal Care**: You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure the comfort and dignity of our clients.


**Complex Care Management**: You will work with our clients who require specialized care, including ventilation, tracheostomy, seizure management, and stoma care, to provide tailored support and care.


**Travel and On-Call**: You will be required to travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota to ensure that our clients receive the care they need, 24/7.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Previous experience in complex care, including ventilation care and tracheostomy care.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
