Job Title: Rapid Response Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with communication and mobility needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius to provide care and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in complex care, including ventilation care and tracheostomy care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and ability to adapt to changing situations.
