As a Restaurant and Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. You will assist in the efficient running of the Rooftop Restaurant and Theatre bars, including events and private dining.

What can you expect?

  • Full training and personal development
  • Share of the TRONC
  • Complimentary theatre tickets
  • No split shifts
  • Consecutive days off as standard
  • No evening dinner service unless exclusive, private dining is required
  • Reduced working hours on Sundays

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Ensuring orders are taken and the service style is efficient
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation in the Rooftop Restaurant and Theatre bars
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
  • Tailoring your approach to each customer, exciting them with our latest food menu and drink offer
  • Handling all bills

We are looking for:

  • Someone with an understanding of food and drink service
  • The ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure
  • A friendly and outgoing approach
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good time keeping
  • A team player who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

This is a variable hours contract, working a variety of shifts, primarily in the evenings and weekends.
