The Royal Shakespeare Company is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our catering team as a Restaurant and Bar Staff member. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Your duties will include greeting and welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring the efficient running of the Rooftop Restaurant and Theatre bars. You will also be responsible for handling bills and providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. We are looking for someone with an understanding of food and drink service, the ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure, a friendly and outgoing approach, great attention to detail, and good time keeping. As a team player, you will thrive on delivering outstanding customer service and be of legal age to serve alcohol. This is a variable hours contract based in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
